Air Cloud Luxury Collection Raised Queen Air Bed Reviews
7 of 7 people found the following review helpful: EXCELLENT! No leaks, very stable and comfortable and HIGH, September 25, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Air Cloud Luxury Collection Raised Queen Air Bed (Kitchen) Previously, I had been a fan of the Aero beds. However, they cost significantly more. When I had to head north for my mom's funeral and new that I could either sleep in the hospital bed that my mom had inhabited for so long (that kinda creeped me out) or on the floor, I knew it was time to invest in a new inflatable. I chose this one because it has many of the same features as the Aero (pump is integrated into the bed -- raised height).
This bed is actually higher than the Aero. In addition, the "ridges" were not so deep or noticeable so no mattress cover was required. in fact, I forgot to bring sheets with me and wound up sleeping directly on the bed because the surface was soft enough that it reminded me of my flannel sheets.
I did not have any problems with the bed leaking and it felt very stable to me (no feeling like it was rocking back and forth as I turned over. As an added plus, it was a bit higher off the ground that once again, it felt like it was... Read more
only lasted 3 months, March 3, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Air Cloud Luxury Collection Raised Queen Air Bed (Kitchen) It was comfortable while it lasted, but after only 3 months it developed the infamous "bubble" that so many air beds are susceptible to. Previously I owned one of the Intex beds that cost 1/3 the price of this one, and it lasted a year. I should have just bought three of those instead of spending the money for this one, then I would have gotten 3 year's worth of air beds instead of only 3 month's worth.
Lost air and inflated unevenly, December 19, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Air Cloud Luxury Collection Raised Queen Air Bed (Kitchen) I inflated it 6 nights in a row and it lost a substantial amount of air every night. I checked the valve and it was tight. Even allowing for 2-3 nights "stretch" as recommended by the manufacturer, this is not acceptable for guests. In addition, by the 3rd night, it had developed a bow in the bottom so it did not lie flat on the floor. It was more like a rocking bed! I returned it for a refund and will try another brand.
